1. All Aspects of Delivery

We understand that purchasing a product on the internet
may be a little unnerving because you can’t actually
touch or feel the quality of the product!
REST ASSURED! We are confident that your chosen product will be exactly
what you hoped for, superb quality and value, however,
if some aspect of the product does not meet you expectations
and you wish to return the item and have a refund of
your payment DON’T WORRY!
The first thing to do is call us on 01437 762979 and
discuss your situation and we will either arrange for
a replacement to be sent to you, or a No Quibble Return.
Provided the product is in perfect condition and re-wrapped
in the original packaging, we will arrange collection.

Delivery & Returns
- Snooker-and-Pool.co.uk aim to complete all deliveries to anywhere in the UK within 7 working days.
- All Deliveries are signature deliveries. This means the carrier will not leave the item unless you sign for it. Arrangements for goods to be left 'unsigned' for example, in a garage, must be made in writing and please note in these circumstances you have no redress to the carrier if any damage is discovered.
- Delivery is (unless otherwise specified) Kerbside (the driver is only obliged to unload goods to the kerbside at the delivery address) and made by One-Man. For example, the driver is not obliged to carry your goods upstairs to your flat!
- Distance Selling regulations - Under the distance selling regulations you have a right to cancel your order (prior to shipment), for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to special order items.
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped to you, you will be responsible for all delivery & return charges incurred.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT within 24 hours of your expected delivery date.
If you need to change your Delivery address after your order has been processed, the application must be made in writing and receipted and agreed by www.snooker-and-pool.co.uk.

ACCEPTING DELIVERY
Once you have ordered your goods you have a responsibility to be available to accept delivery! We strongly advise that you personally accept delivery.
Please follow this procedure on delivery- Failure to complete any of the following tasks, may nullify any claim by you for damaged goods or non-delivery.
Always carefully unwrap the goods whilst the carrier waits. If any damage has occurred during transit, this is your ONLY opportunity to declare this and NOT ACCEPT the goods- DO NOT SIGN!
Always check the delivery note and delivery is correct BEFORE releasing the carrier and signing acceptance.
A signature is acceptance that the goods have been received in satisfactory order –unless the statement “delivered in good condition” is crossed out.
“Unchecked” will not be accepted as a conditional signature.

Failed Delivery – No-one Home!
If delivery is attempted, a card will be left by the carrier requesting that you contact them to re-arrange an alternative date within the next 24 hours.
If a second delivery is attempted and fails, the goods will be returned to the originating depot (snooker-and-pool). Please be aware that the more often goods are ‘manhandled’ during attempted deliveries and returned to depots for storage, the more likely they are to be DAMAGED.
In these circumstances, when delivery fails, and goods are returned to us you MAY be entitled to a refund. Any refund will be calculated on the basis of the condition of the goods upon return and will be subject to the deduction of carriage fees (original & return), Carding fees (advice of failed/attempted delivery), handling & administration fees and re-stocking fees. These fees rarely total less than £100.00

Delivery Shortages or Damages
Always keep the wrapping!
To validate the warranty, you will be required to re-package
securely any faulty items for return to us.
Please notify us with 48 hours of the delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Make sure your chosen product can be installed
in your house!
If it is found that the product purchased
cannot be delivered, as it will not physically
fit through any doorways, corridors,
etc. and you consequently refuse delivery,
you will be responsible for all delivery & return
charges incurred.

Delivery Dates
All deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am –6pm.
It may be possible to request a specific delivery date.
Please telephone us for details.
- Special
Delivery
For those important dates & presents and last-minute
panic buys (!)- you may want to take advantage of our "Special
Delivery" service. Simply note your delivery request
on your order ( we must have a full postcode )and we
will contact you directly by telephone and your Personal
Courier Advisor will make all the arrangements with
you and advise you of the total cost.
Subject to stock availability, we can guarantee next
day delivery. (i.e. the day after your Personal Courier
Advisor confirms your order and arrangements). It will
cost a minimum of £85.00, but no more than £203
and depends entirely on your delivery address postcode.
SATURDAY deliveries can also be arranged and are charged
with a premium of £40.00 and if you wish to arrange
a specific delivery TIME, this has a £25 premium.

Delivery (one man)
All orders are processed and shipped in the order
in which they are received.
Normal delivery time is 5-10 working days. Please
note that your order will arrive without prior
notification.
A card will be left if no one is home & the
goods returned to the local depot to await your
contact.
Please be aware that many carriers have a ‘kerbside
delivery only’ policy and so it is advisable
for you to have assistance available if you think
it is necessary. This is especially relevant to
blocks
of flats.
If a specific time has been arranged for delivery
and the carrier arrives at that time and there
is no one to accept the package a card will be
left if no
one is home & the goods returned to the local depot to await your contact.
You will be responsible for all additional delivery charges incurred.

Delivery (two man)
As above except that the carrier will endeavour to deliver to a ground floor
interior room.

Delivery Vehicles
Due to the size of some of the delivery vehicles
used you must advise us of any restrictions that
are apparent at your chosen delivery
address. This includes, but is not limited to, steps, steep
driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, gateways,
gateposts etc. We are unable
to accept any claims for compensation arising from failed/refused
or non-delivery of any item where we have not been made aware
of any potential restriction. You will be responsible
for all delivery & return
charges incurred.

Exterior & Interior
Stairs/Steps
Due to Health & safety regulations upstairs
deliveries are at the carriers discretion.

Delivery overseas is available – please telephone 01437
762979 to discuss the options available
to you. Please have your nearest Town, Port, airport
details handy.
2. Faulty Products
Always
keep the wrapping! In
the event that an item received develops a fault
within the warranty period, please telephone our
office to
speak directly to someone who can discuss and advise
you. Tel: 01437 762979 between the
hours of 9am- 3:30pm and we will, in the first instance
put you in touch
with the manufacturer, as this may be the quickest
course to remedy any fault.
If this is unsuccessful, and it is deemed necessary,
we will arrange to have this item collected FREE
of CHARGE.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
If, on inspection, the product is found not to be faulty,
we may send this back to you and charge you delivery.
